Having same issue iv tryed everything aside from a fresh windows install witch i wont do. If none of this makes any sense to you, forward it off to someone that can make sense of it and have them do it for you. Feel free to leave issues and suggestions over at the github repo as well. I also recommend uninstalling Ambitions before making these edits. If you're running Windows Vista or Windows 7 you'll be looking for "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\S ims\The Sims 3" I had the same problem,and after this it was fixed.GOOG LUCK! Change the number value to 2.if that does not work use any number between 1-7 until it works. Remember the original number just in case this doesn't work. ![]() It will display a pop-up that allows you to change a number value. Now on the right screen you will see a list of things. First click the folder called "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE." You will see subfolders. This will open up a tab called Registry Editor that has a list of folders in it. ![]() Type in the word "regedit" without the quotations, of course. When you click the start menu, it will show a place for you to type in words. It's your Windows registry (which is why I mentioned only doing this if you know what you're doing, because you could really mess up your entire system if you mess it up).Īnyway, the fix (quoted from a user on Facebook), is this: ![]()
